3. Booking deposit
We ask you to pay a small $49 refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Your deposit is only refundable on the condition that you attend your appointment at the confirmed time and date. Failure to attend will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. If you decide to proceed with a treatment, the deposit is redeemable against the cost of the treatment. Your deposit is valid for 7 days from the initial payment, after which you will need to pay again if you wish to rebook.
4. Appointment reschedulling & cancellations
Please give us a minimum notice of 24 hours for any reschedulling or cancellations, otherwise you may lose your deposit. If you wish to reschedule, cancel or make changes to your appointment, please call us at (412) 636-1078.
